Who is responsible?
Bridge Consulting Company, a limited liability company based in Riyadh, unified national number 7053927815, is the controller of information it receives for enquiries and its services. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact [email protected].
Information you choose to share
Your correspondence may include your name, email, organisation, selected service and description of your needs, plus information later provided for an engagement. We do not request identity documents, payment details or sensitive financial records through this website.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a message on your device. It does not submit its contents to the website server or save its fields in local storage. You choose whether to open your email app or copy and send the text. Once sent, the message is processed through your email provider and the company’s email provider under their arrangements and policies.
Purposes and legal basis
We use information you send to respond, understand your needs and prepare a relevant proposal. We rely on consent where required, and process relevant information to perform an agreed contract and meet applicable legal obligations. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Technical information and local storage
This version contains no advertising, analytics or embedded map tools. Fonts and assets load from this website. The hosting provider may process technical connection logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for operation and security. Acknowledgement of the privacy notice is saved locally for up to 180 days. No motion preferences are stored.
Sharing, protection and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Access may be provided to those who need it to deliver the service, hosting and email providers for their functions, or competent authorities where lawfully required. Any sharing or processing outside Saudi Arabia must meet the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable transfer rules. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your data.
Retention and disposal
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle and follow up the enquiry. Contract records may be kept for the engagement and applicable legal obligations or existing claims. When the purpose ends and no lawful retention requirement remains, information is destroyed or anonymised. You may ask about retention applicable to your records and request lawful destruction.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request information about processing, access, a readable copy, correction or completion, and destruction of your data. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Rights requests are handled within 30 days, with notice and reasons for any lawful extension.
Complaints and changes
You can raise privacy concerns with us and submit a complaint to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) through its official channels. This policy may change when processing practices change; the date on this page identifies its latest revision.
