Nature of the service
This policy concerns consulting services. The website does not sell physical goods or accept payments directly. An enquiry carries no fee. Fees, phases and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
Before an agreement
You may withdraw an enquiry or proposal request before acceptance without an enquiry fee. Any separate paid work, including an initial assessment or study, must be agreed before it is carried out.
Statutory cancellation rights
Where the Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, a consumer may cancel within the seven days following the service contract if they have not used or benefited from the service, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. Conflicting contractual wording does not remove mandatory rights.
After work has begun
Cancellation is reviewed against work actually completed, agreed milestones and statutory rights. The client is given an explanation of completed work and any refund or settlement due. Payments are not automatically non-refundable simply because work has started.
Delay or failure to deliver
Where applicable, cancellation and refund rights arise for delays covered by Article 14, including exceeding the statutory delivery period or agreed date, unless caused by force majeure. Non-delivery and material scope failures are also assessed under the agreement and applicable law without limiting mandatory rights.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email [email protected] with the client name, proposal or agreement reference if available, payment date and reason. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We review the circumstances and explain the settlement basis, amount due, payment method and expected timing in writing.
Payment of refunds and complaints
Amounts due are returned to the original payment method where possible, or an agreed alternative after verifying entitlement and identity. Deductions require a valid legal or contractual basis. Contacting us does not limit your right to approach the competent authorities.
